Faulty Goods
If the product you purchased is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning faulty items. We do not offer an exchange service.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns and Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe returns. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. For items with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
