If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. This excludes earrings due to hygiene reasons. Your item also needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
